I keep pushing them back and holding my front line territory, then I'll take the territory they attack from. Failure to take their home territory has left me wide open to attack and I'm losing areas to the Necron Menace! Well after a few days of fierce battles, I'm losing the war. I said previously that myself and the Necrons have half of the map. I'm struggling on the campaign of this game now! I'll win in 2 turns!! Well I hope so, their territory is at 28 strength. What a shame that the Necron home Territory is right next to the home territory of the Forces of Chaos. Then it's me and the Necrons with half the Planet each. Just about to take their 18 point strength home territory (Gonna be hard). It's me as the Space Marines taking on the Chaos Space Marines. Even if you don't like Warhammer, you can play this and love it! There's no better sci-fi RTS out there, period! It's incredibly well priced and I believe has more content than the main game and it's previous expansion put together. Yeah, but I'd recommend Dark Crusade to anyone. My only worry though is that if they do include Tyrranids into the game, all non table top gamers who know little about Warhammer 40k are gonna cry ZOMG Zerg rip-offs! When in fact Starcraft's Zerg were Tyrranid rip-offs inspired by 40k. So I do hope there's at least one more expansion in the works. The Tyrranids, Dark Eldar and the Witch Hunters still need to make an appearence. The game is still lacking essential armies though. and used to have a lot of armies when I was a kid.
It probably stems from my love of Warhammer 40k anyway.
For those who actually go to our Petro-Gamers forums or even read my latest article, you will see I have nothing but praise for Dawn of War. Dawn of War is the best RTS on the market that involves base building.
